TABLET CUTTER This Safe-T- Dose Tablet Cutter is ideal for those who need to cut tablets into halves or even quarters. Tablets are placed inside the “V” so the tablets touch both sides of the “V”. Lower the lid and press down hard so that the tablets cut cleanly. Spare halves or quarters can be store in the compartment next to the “V”. No more lost or squashed pieces of tablets or unevenly cut section of one tablet! Cost: $12.00
DERMMATCH TOPICAL SHADING DermMatch is a hard-packed powdered formula recommended by Hair Restoration Surgeons and Dermatologists. It colours your scalp to match your hair root colour and adds fullness to thin hair whilst eliminating the appearance of baldness. You can brush it, swim with it or sweat with it and it does nor run off in rain. DermMatch can be used after Hair Transplant surgery to increase apparent density. Lasting on average 8 months, a pack of DermMatch is a very economical product. It is applied to the scalp and hair using specially provided applicators. Use any shampoo to remove. MANE HAIR THICKENING SPRAY Mane Hair Spray is an organic hair thickening spray suitable for men and women with fine and/or thinning hair; small area of hair loss; general hair thinning; Alopecia areata; and Hair Transplants. Choose the right colour for you, and you will feel confident as you go about your daily activities with fresh, coloured and thickened hair! HAIR A-GAIN Hair A-Gain is used in the treatment of hereditary pattern baldness in men and women. The main ingredient is 5% Minoxidil Topical and it needs to be applied daily to maintain your hair growth. Results may take up to four months to appear. Hair A-Gain may be used in conjunction with DermMatch, Mane Thickening Hair Spray, the Toppik products and Proscar or Propecia if these have been prescribed by Dr. Shiell. Cost: 60 mL - $30.00 per month
FINASTERIDE (Propecia and Proscar) This is a drug developed to counteract prostate enlargement. In smaller doses it retards hair loss in males and in about 50% of patients some regrowth can be seen after 6-12 months. It is also quite costly as treatment must be maintained for life. Newer drugs are being developed but none of these is expected to produce a full growth of hair.
